Weirford House

Weirford House is a welcoming bed and breakfast with a self-catering barn near the historic village of Sampford Courtenay. Close to Dartmoor and with ample parking facilities, we welcome all guests whether you are arriving on foot, bicycle or by car. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and open countryside, we provide a peaceful setting.

You can choose to stay in our Main House with double bedroom featuring beamed ceilings and double aspect windows or our 200-year-old stone built Garden Barn which can sleep up to 4. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, a TV, free Wifi and beverage tray. Garden Barn can also be booked as a self-catering cottage with its own sitting room, kitchen and garden.

B & B guests can enjoy a delicious full English breakfast or vegetarian breakfast cooked on our Aga stove and served in our conservatory. We use fresh local ingredients with our own homemade preserves on the side. Your hosts Avril and Mike have lived here for nearly 20 years and will be delighted to share their local knowledge with you.
