Pinn Barton Farm

Pinn Barton Farm is a traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast on a working farm near Sidmouth, just 2 miles from the seafront. Surrounded by beautiful East Devonshire countryside, we welcome many travellers and holidaymakers, including walkers and cyclists. Expect a warm welcome, well-equipped accommodation, home-cooking and ample car parking.

All guest bedrooms are equipped with en suite facilities, a TV, Wifi, hairdryer and beverage tray with fresh milk. We have double, twin and family rooms, with cots supplied if needed. There is a cosy guest lounge with a TV, fridge and a microwave for guest use. A delicious full farmhouse breakfast is served in the morning.

There are special rates for multiple night stays or children sharing rooms at Pinn Barton. Your host Betty has been welcoming guests at the farm for over 40 years and will be delighted to offer advice about where to go and what to do in the area, using her extensive local knowledge.
