Appin House, located in the pleasant Mayfield area of Edinburgh offers Visit Scotland 3-Star rated home-from-home B & B accommodation. A Victorian house situated between the 2 main campuses of Edinburgh University, close to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s seat, we are ideally located for leisure or business guests or those visiting family in the area. There is some secure off-road car parking and we are on regular bus routes to the city centre.

Choose from a comfortable single room with a private bathroom, a double en suite bedroom and a family-sized en suite bedroom for 4 guests. All have complimentary toiletries, Freeview TV, Wifi, fridge, hairdryer and refreshment tray for making hot drinks. A delicious cooked or continental breakfast will be served in the morning and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops or pubs nearby if you get hungry during the day.
