Linwater Holiday Park

Linwater Caravan Park is a family-run park situated on farmland close to Edinburgh, offering a variety of accommodation, including luxury self-catering lodges, glamping timber tents, static caravans, plus motorhome and tent pitches.

Our self-catering lodges, sleeping 4 and 6, are open plan with a well-equipped kitchen and lounge area featuring a TV / DVD player, sofas, dining table and fireplace. This room opens out onto a decked balcony with outdoor seating and a BBQ. The master bedrooms are en suite and there is a large bathroom.

Our 3 static caravans have central heating, a TV and a DVD player. Choose from a 6 or 8-berth option. All have en suite WCs in the master bedroom and our 6-berth has a full-sized bath. Cots and high chairs are available free-of-charge and dogs are welcome.

Our larger glamping pods / timber tents sleep up to 4, in a double bed and 2 single beds. The smaller pod sleeps up to 3, all in single beds. Each unit has a kettle, heater and a small fridge, plus an outside patio area with picnic table. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome.

The site has an amenities block, Wifi, a shop and a playpark. River fishing is available and there are walks to Union Canal and Almondell Country Park. The reception area has tourist information and Ingliston Park and Ride is only 5 miles away, where you can park and take the tram into Edinburgh city centre.
