The Central Guest House

Nestled in the heart of the historic Borders town of Kelso is The Central Guest House with self-catering rooms. A Grade II listed building overlooking the old market square and cobbled streets, it is like stepping back in time! With contemporary decor complimenting the period features, guests are assured of a very comfortable visit.

There is a double, twin and a family bedroom with a double and 2 single beds. Some of our rooms have en suite facilities. All guests have access to free Wifi, and a lounge / kitchenette with comfortable sofas, a television, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep if you prefer to eat out.

The whole house can also be exclusively booked for up to 12 guests, which makes it ideal for family reunions or group holidays. There is so much to do around the area including visiting stately homes, going to the races, scenic walks or cycling and excellent fishing opportunities on the river.
