Kippilaw House

Kippilaw House is a beautiful 15th century mansion offering elegant self-catering accommodation in the Borders town of Melrose. Sleeping up to 40 guests in 15 bedrooms, there is also enough space to entertain between 50 to 200 guests, making the house ideal for weddings, private parties or corporate events.

Every room has been sensitively restored to maintain its original features and furnished with a classic mix of period and contemporary furnishings. There are 3 reception rooms; a classic drawing room with bay windows, a dining room with panelled walls and a cosy TV / sitting room with TV and DVD player. There is also a Victorian ballroom with bar and a fully-equipped country kitchen with Aga stove. The bedrooms span the first and second floors; all individual in style and character.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with lawns and an outside terrace for events. There is also plenty of on-site car parking.
