Sandholm Holiday Cottage is a 19th century stone house offering 4-Star self-catering accommodation in the beautiful Liddesdale Valley. Located just 1 mile outside of the market town of Newcastleton and surrounded by scenic Borders countryside, Sandholm is ideally placed for a quiet and relaxing holiday retreat.

The cottage has been carefully refurbished to offer contemporary décor and facilities. The light and airy living room has a wood burning stove, leather sofas, Freeview TV, DVD player and Wifi. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and dining table, with double doors that open out to the terrace. There are enough beds for 4 guests with a double en suite bedroom and a twin room. The utility room provides laundry facilities and secure storage for bikes or equipment.

Outside, the cottage has a raised decking area and lawned gardens on 3 sides. There is also a gated driveway with plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles. The cottage is close to many walking routes and cycle ways including the 7 Stanes Trail and 4 Abbeys Cycle Route. There are also various outdoor activities available in Kielder Forest.
