Newhall Estate

Newhall Estate is a vast country estate with a former Scottish Baronial home, offering excellent self-catering holiday accommodation near West Linton. Nestled in over a thousand acres of gardens with the Pentland Hills as a backdrop, the estate is a truly magnificent place to stay and is a picturesque setting for weddings and special events.

Newhall House has accommodation for 27 people, while the 3 self-contained cottages, all within a 2-minute walk from the main house, offer a range of welcoming rooms for 11 guests. Newhall Bothy has been refurbished from the old 18th century farmstead offering ground floor accommodation for 2 guests. Stable Flat spans the first floor with views over the walled garden and can sleep 5 guests. Newhall Steading is a refurbished stone cottage which can sleep 4 guests.
