Fairfield House

Welcome to Fairfield House, a grand Victorian guest house dating back to the 1800s in the pretty Northumbrian village of Warkworth. Awarded a Visit England 5-Star Gold rating and Breakfast Award, we offer a warm welcome, elegant guest rooms, home cooking, beautiful landscaped gardens and car parking.

Our 4 guest bedrooms are all individual, with a mix of attractive Victorian features and modern comforts. Each room has plush en suite facilities with underfloor heating and luxury toiletries, a Freeview TV/DVD player, radio alarm clock, iPod charger, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Breakfast includes a range of treats such as a sumptuous full cooked English, vegetarian breakfast, French toast or Craster Kippers.

We also have our self-catering Garden Apartment catering for 2 guests. It has a sitting area, fully-equipped kitchenette, twin bed or a king size bed as preferred, en suite wet room and a decking area outside.
