Welcome to The Green Dragon Inn, a friendly bar with good food and guest rooms in the heart of the Cotswolds. Located in the hamlet of Cockleford, we have been welcoming guests here since the 17th century. Full of rustic charm, expect the same great service and hospitality bestowed upon our visitors throughout the centuries!

Our guest rooms are furnished with a mix of classic decor and modern features. Each has its own en suite facilities, HDTV, Wifi and beverage tray. There are double, twin, ground floor rooms and dog-friendly rooms. We can provide extra beds and cots for accompanying children or babies. Our elegant St George’s Suite has a beautiful bed, sitting area with sofa and indulgent bathroom with large bath tub and separate shower.

Enjoy a glass of fine wine or local ale from our bar and a delicious home cooked dish from our menu.
