Oakraven Field Centre

Oakraven Field Centre offers dormitory-style accommodation and 5 individual bedrooms, 4 of which are double and one set of bunk beds in the heart of the Forest of Dean near Mitcheldean. Providing affordable accommodation for those wanting to explore the natural beauty of this area, we are nestled in 1.5 acres of grounds and also ideal for corporate team building exercises, school trips or Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.

There is a great hall with comfortable seating in front of a wood burning stove, wi-fi , dartboard and large dining tables; as well as a games room and a shared kitchen with 2 cookers, American-style fridge freezer and washing machine.

There are separate male and female toilets, 4 shower rooms and disabled facilities with lift. Outside the centre is a patio area with picnic tables and barbeque. Free Wifi is available and we can provide the names of outside caterers if required. Mitcheldean is a mile away and offers plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs if you prefer to eat out.
