Selden Farm

Selden Farm is a welcoming bed and breakfast situated in the South Downs near Patching. Surrounded by 65 acres of farmland with lakes and forests to discover and explore, we are ideally placed for all outdoors enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful holiday base. The farm is also licenced to host civil ceremonies and wedding receptions.

Our guest rooms are situated in our beautiful farmhouse annexe or refurbished barn. Each room is decorated to give them a cosy feel, with en suite shower facilities, complimentary toiletries, Freeview TV and free Wifi. There are twin rooms, double rooms and a family room with super king size bed which can also be set up as a twin, plus bunk beds. Pets are allowed in some of our rooms.

A delicious full farmhouse breakfast is served in our annexe dining room and there is a friendly inn down the hill that serves good food during the day. There is also a ceremony room for marriages with our excellent wedding barn providing an ideal venue for the reception.
