Rooks Hill

Rooks Hill is a traditional country house offering spacious and luxurious self-catering accommodation in Mid Lavant, a couple of miles north of Chichester. A Grade II listed building divided into 2 holiday apartments overlooking Goodwood, they are perfectly placed to explore all the local attractions in the area.

Each apartment is furnished to a high standard, with a large lounge and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, a ground floor shower room, double room upstairs for 2 people and a bathroom. There is private parking outside and regular buses to the city centre.

There is a country pub opposite which serves food and drink and another gastro pub in the village, so you won’t go hungry. Guests can enjoy the racing and events at nearby Goodwood, scenic walks, stroll on the sandy beaches along the south coast or visit the many historical buildings, including the cathedral, in Chichester.
