The Cwtch

The Cwtch is a sensitively converted barn building with beautiful countryside views, nestled on a working livestock farm, less than 2 miles from the small village of Llanbister, within reach of Llandrindod Wells. There are a selection of walks from the door, along with the opportunity to explore 150 acres of farmland and 3 unfenced wildlife ponds.

Set predominantly on one floor, there is a compact kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, which opens out into a striking galleried sitting area with feature fireplace, a wood burning stove, TV, DVD player, iPod dock, radio, Wifi and garden views. There is also a spacious shower room. The cottage has a mezzanine zip/link super king-size double bedroom with a balcony on the first floor.

Outside, you can sit in your own private decked garden whilst relaxing in the warmth of the luxurious hot tub after a day’s exploring. Fuel, power, logs, bed linen and towels are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available. There is off-road car parking for 2 cars and secure storage for bicycles. The Cwtch is suitable for adults, babies and children over the age of 12 only.
