The Limes Guest House

The Limes Guest House is an elegant 17th century townhouse in Maldon, Essex. A grade II listed building with boutique-style guest rooms, a conservatory, garden and secure off-road car parking, The Limes is within easy distance of the town centre amenities and many of Maldon’s tourist attractions.

Our guest rooms are located in the main house or annex building at the rear of the property. We have twin, double, family, feature rooms and accessible rooms for guests with disabilities; all furnished to a high standard with en suite facilities, TV, free Wifi and hospitality tray. A full English breakfast is included in our room rates, made using fresh locally-produced ingredients and served alongside our own homemade preserves.

Guests can enjoy sitting out in the garden or in our conservatory with a complimentary sherry. Luigi’s Alfresco Italian Restaurant is now located within The Limes and open for both lunch and dinner, serving favourite dishes including fresh pizza and pasta.
