Field View Cottage

Field View Cottage is nestled in the picturesque small village of Tolleshunt Major, about 5 miles east of Maldon. A sensitively converted barn building offering a self-catering retreat for 2 people surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside, it is an ideal choice for a holiday stay in the area.

The cottage includes Wifi and central heating, with a stone effect floor and vaulted ceiling adding to its charm. There is an open plan living area with leather sofa bed, Freeview TV, DVD player, dining table, kitchenette area and patio doors leading outside. There is also a shower room, back porch area with dishwasher and washing machine and the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed.

There is patio furniture outside for al fresco dining, over an acre of land to explore and ample car parking. Guests will also find a friendly inn in the village serving good food and drink. The area is rich in opportunities for outdoors activities such as fishing and sailing on the Blackwater Estuary, where there is also a National Nature Reserve.
