Walpole Farmhouse

Walpole Farmhouse is a 4-Star self-catering bungalow and studio in the historic village of Stansted Mountfichet. A carefully renovated farm building offering comfortable accommodation with on-site parking, close to Stansted Airport and railway station, we welcome both local, national and international visitors.

The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD player, hi-fi, Wifi and dining area, as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast table. There is also a double and a twin bedroom and bathroom. The Studio offers 3-Star self-catering for 2 guests, with a double sofa bed in the lounge, TV, Wifi, small kitchen and twin bedroom.

Pets are allowed in both properties with prior agreement. There is a beautiful and spacious garden outside and plenty of car parking. In the local area is the Mountfichet Castle and Norman Village and House On The Hill Toy Museum. There are also places to eat and pubs in the village. National Trust’s Hatfield Forest is a short drive away.
