Tap Hall Bed and Breakfast is set in an elegant 300-year-old cottage in the picturesque village of Takeley, just a 5-minute drive from Stansted Airport, with airport parking and transfers available. The B & B is also located adjacent to Hatfield Forest for scenic walking and cycling trails.

Our twin and double en suite guest rooms are equipped with a TV, free Wifi, hairdryer, mini fridge and hospitality tray. Special rates are available for lone travellers. Start your day off well with a full English breakfast, served in our dining room with its exposed wooden beams and open fireplace. A continental breakfast is also available if you need an early start.

Takeley is situated approximately halfway between Bishop's Stortford and Great Dunmow in Essex. There is a pub, coffee shop and play park in the village. If you are staying in the area longer-term, local information and advice is readily available for guests.
