Southcroft

Southcroft Guest House, situated in a quiet residential area of Eastbourne, is a beautiful Edwardian house located a few metres away from the promenade. Owners Steve and Angela offer excellent hospitality and have been awarded a Visit England 4-Star Silver Rating, ROSE Award and a Breakfast Award.

Guest rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable. All have an en suite shower room or bathroom, a TV/DVD player, Wifi, hairdryer, refreshments and a few other things you might have forgotten to pack! We have single, double, twin and family rooms, with a guest lounge available for watching TV or reading. Outside, there is a patio area if you prefer some fresh air.

After a sound night’s sleep, a hearty breakfast is served in our dining room where you can choose from the cold buffet, have a full English breakfast or options including smoked haddock, all made with local ingredients. There are also our homemade bread and preserves to try. A well as being convenient for the many attractions in the town, you can walk from the guest house to the top of Beachy Head for amazing views.
