Thimbles B&B

Thimbles Bed and Breakfast is an attractive country house nestled in 6 acres of gardens, just a mile outside the East Sussex village of Cross in Hand. Surrounded by orchards and open fields, this B & B provides a pleasant and peaceful place to stay. Owner Vicki provides excellent hospitality and delicious home cooking.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with their own unique style and layout. From the large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and English country cottage-style décor to our 2-bedroomed suite in the loft with a shared bathroom, Thimbles can accommodate single travellers, couples, families and groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, DVD player, Wifi connection and refreshments tray.

Our breakfasts are a mouth-watering feast with bacon and handmade sausages from our rare breed pigs, eggs from our hens and home produced preserves. We can also provide picnics and evening meals with prior notice. Guests are welcome to explore our grounds, meet our resident farm animals or fish on the lake.
