White Lion Farm Holiday Cottages

White Lion Farm Holiday Cottages are 2 beautifully presented self-catering holiday homes in the small village of Shortgate. Converted from a former 16th century coaching inn, both offer a peaceful setting in a rural East Sussex location, with the historic county town of Lewes just a short drive away.

Cedar and Chestnut Cottage can accommodate 2 or 4 guests in each, with Visit England 3-Star rated facilities. Inside there is an open plan living area with comfortable seating, double sofa bed, Wifi, TV, dining area and fully-equipped kitchenette with electric cooker and washing machine. There is also a separate bedroom and bathroom.

Outside there is a private patio for each cottage and off-road car parking. There are 2 large lakes a short walk from the cottages which provide an excellent location for picnics or fishing. Guests will also find a Chinese restaurant in the village and many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in Lewes.
