Fair Oak Farm offers a haven for relaxation in the heart of the Sussex countryside near the village of Mayfield. With a range of superb self-catering accommodation for group stays, with many on site amenities, Fair Oak is ideal for business team building trips, weddings or family groups. If you prefer not to self-cater, our trusted suppliers can provide a full range of catering options during your stay.

Nestled in a 12 acre estate, the accommodation includes a stunning Grade II listed Sussex farmhouse, a range of converted Grade II Listed farm buildings and barns, eco-lodge tree houses and shepherd's huts. The whole estate is available for private hire for up to 36 guests. Holiday guests can dine together in the lounge barn, enjoy the cinema or games barn and the children's play area, or take a stroll through the surrounding woodland and open countryside.
