The Brick House Bed & Breakfast

The Brick House Bed and Breakfast, located in Royal Tunbridge Wells, is a grand Edwardian townhouse spanning 4 floors, situated in a conservation area of the town just a short walk from the town centre. Awarded a Visit England 4-Star Silver Award and a Quality in Tourism Breakfast Award, owners Julia and Clive will ensure an enjoyable visit.

Our 3 guest rooms offer a mix of classic and contemporary furnishings that provide a home-from-home ambience. All have complimentary toiletries, TV, Wifi, radio alarm clock and a hospitality tray with sweets, chocolates and biscuits. There is a spacious king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin room with en suite shower and another twin room with a private bathroom. Parking is available.

Our award-winning breakfast offers a range of delicious options including a Full English, Continental-style, eggs-how-you-like-them, kippers, pancakes or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. We also have a separate vegetarian menu and use organic and locally-sourced produce wherever possible.
