One Warwick Park Hotel

One Warwick Park offers a stylish place to stay in the heart of the spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Once an old brewery and schoolhouse, the building has been transformed into a contemporary hotel with a restaurant, bar and gallery area. Located next to the Pantiles, with its independent shops and also close to the railway station, this hotel is ideally located. Parking is available in the surrounding area.

There are a range of rooms available, from our Club Rooms to Junior Suites with a private sitting room, bar and study. There are also Family Suites with adjoining rooms and Deluxe Suites with their own balcony. All our rooms offer en suite facilities, complimentary spa toiletries, TV, free Wifi, hospitality tray and either king size or super king size beds.

The Terrace is our in-house dining area, serving dinner from a regularly changing seasonal menu. The menus are wholly inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients. For casual dining and afternoon tea, The Bar and Snug serve lighter meals, snacks and our One Warwick Park Afternoon Tea. Choose your favourite cocktail, a glass of champagne or simply a pot of tea or speciality coffee to accompany your meal or snack.
