Stream House Bed and Breakfast is an AA 5-Star rated B & B just outside the village of Fairlight, in between Hastings and Rye in East Sussex. Experience a delightful house, extensive gardens with a koi pond, luxurious guest rooms and a superb breakfast. Owners Sandra and Steve will be pleased to welcome you.

There are 3 guest rooms; all with designer décor, garden views, luxury toiletries, a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Poppy Room is a king size which can also be set up as a twin. It has a spacious en suite bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Bluebell Room is a double room with a freestanding bath in the en suite bathroom and a separate shower. Cornflower Room has an en suite shower room.

Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge in front of the open fire in the feature inglenook fireplace, or out in the garden in the warmer months. A full English breakfast, vegetarian or continental breakfast is served in our light and airy dining room to ensure you have a great start to the day.
