Welcome to The Newlands, a family-run guest house situated in a quiet residential area of Bournemouth. This beautiful Edwardian home is located within walking distance of Alum Chine beach and there is private car parking available. Owners Martin and Sharon will ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable visit!
There are 8 guest rooms including single, double, twin and family size rooms, all equipped with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Freeview TV, Wifi, hairdryer and hospitality tray. In the morning, choose from a full English, vegetarian breakfast or our own homemade gluten-free muffins.
There are local restaurants, pubs and shops a short walk away. Award-winning Alum Chine Beach has colourful beach huts to rent and is home to a tropical garden. There is also a pirate-themed adventure playground, pubs and ice cream kiosks. The land train frequently drives past on the promenade from Bournemouth Pier.
