Gore Cottage

Nestled in the heart of the Dorset countryside along the banks of the River Mangerton is Gore Cottage, a beautiful Grade II listed thatched property steeped in history and offering self-catering accommodation. Near West Milton, a village located just 3.5 miles from Bridport, the cottage sleeps up to 5 guests and dogs are welcome.

There is a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and comfortable armchairs; a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dining table; a single room downstairs as well as a double and a twin room upstairs and a family bathroom. The cottage stands in it's own secluded garden a footbridge spanning the river. There is a garden shed with an outside WC and garden toys. Parking for 2 cars at the end of Larkham Lane, the cottage is 100 metres from the parking area over a footbridge. Due to the secluded setting, there is no TV, so guests can enjoy more traditional activities like games, reading and scenic walks.
