Gable Cottage B&B

Welcome to Gable Cottage Bed and Breakfast, a friendly and family-run establishment just 2 miles outside of Gillingham. This 18th century cottage offers a secluded location in the picturesque Blackmore Vale and provides guests with a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. It is perfectly placed for walkers, cyclists or people who enjoy the countryside.

There are 2 guest rooms at Gable Cottage. Alfred’s Room is a double bedroom with private balcony and en suite bathroom. Duncliffe Room is full of character with en suite facilities, beautiful beamed ceilings and a bed that can be set up as a king size or with twin beds. Both rooms have Freeview TV, a DVD player, free Wifi and beverage tray.

A delicious breakfast uses the best of locally-sourced ingredients, including eggs from our own hens and homemade bread and preserves. Special diets can also be catered for. There is car parking and guests are welcome to sit in the cottage garden during the warmer months. Owner Lorna looks forward to seeing you soon.
