The Hanson

The Hanson is a welcoming family-run guest house in the centre of Broadstairs. A grand Georgian townhouse dating back to 1800, built as the residence for the Earl of Dundonald, guests can enjoy comfortable guest rooms, a superb breakfast and fine hospitality from owners Jean and Trevor. Dogs are welcome too.

The guest rooms provide attractive decor and are equipped with thermostatically controlled heating, a TV and hospitality tray. There are single, double, twin and family rooms, most of which have en suite facilities. A ground floor room is also available. The cosy bar, lounge and walled garden all provide a relaxed place to enjoy a drink.

A full English or continental breakfast is included in room rates and served in the pleasant dining room overlooking the garden. There is permit car parking available around the local streets and the railway and bus stations are both nearby. Guests will also find great places to eat, pubs, shops and the beach a short walk away.
