10 to 12 Folkestone Bed and Breakfast is located a short walk away from the beach and town centre shops, ideal for holiday makers or business guests looking for a welcoming and relaxed place to stay. Listed in the Michelin Guide 2016 – 19, owners Mark and Leigh will ensure you are well looked after!

There are 12 rooms altogether including king size, twins and a triple room all with an en suite bathroom, complimentary toiletries, TV/DVD player and hairdryer. Each room has complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee. There is a lift to all floors for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

Choose from a continental buffet selection followed by a fresh English breakfast, with many of the ingredients locally sourced from nearby farms. Gluten-free and vegetarian diets are happily accommodated. Guests can sit out on our south-facing terrace or enjoy a drink in Harvey’s Bar in the basement. There is no on-site parking but the owners can provide a free permit for nearby spaces.
