North Downs Barn

North Downs Barn offers welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation on the edge of the picturesque North Downs, just 4 miles from Rochester. A large timber-framed barn which has been sensitively converted to offer comfortable guest rooms and stylish décor, whilst retaining the original exposed wooden beams and high ceilings, guests can enjoy a restful and relaxing stay.

All of our guest rooms have uninterrupted views of the gardens or surrounding countryside. Each is equipped with en suite facilities, free Wifi and a beverage tray. There is a large double room, a small double room and a room which can be arranged with twin beds or a double bed. The guest lounge upstairs has sofas, a wood burning stove, piano and a feature rocking horse.

A delicious breakfast is included in the room rates to ensure a good start to the day. There is ample on-site car parking with a railway station over a mile away in Cuxton village. There is golfing, walking and cycling opportunities in the area, with fishing and sailing along the River Medway.
