Pendower House

Pendower House in Newlyn is a privately-owned self-catering property nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Open all year round, holidays are from Friday to Friday, with short breaks also available from October to Easter. A free parking permit is included in the holiday price for the harbour car park, only 150 metres away. This spacious 18th century house sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Inside, there is a reading room with a decorative Cornish range and library area, as well as a sitting room with large inglenook, Wifi and TV. The well-equipped kitchen/diner features traditional farmhouse furniture and a walk-in pantry. The stairs are quite steep but have handrails and lead to 3 spacious bedrooms; a single, twin / superking and a king size room with a TV. There is also a downstairs and upstairs bathroom.

Pendower House has a private courtyard with garden furniture. There is a further patio accessed by steps. The shed houses a BBQ and has storage space for wet suits or bikes. Newlyn is a pretty harbour town with one of the largest fishing fleets in the country. A stroll along the prom will take you to Penzance. The views of Mount's Bay are stunning and this stretch of coastline is popular with water sports enthusiasts.
