Penhale House

Penhale House is located just a minute’s walk from Perranporth beach and nestled at the end of a private road. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 1 minute into Perranporth itself, with its many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, Penhale House offers great views of the sea, beach and dunes.

The House is very spacious, light and airy; perfect for larger families or groups of friends. There is a kitchen / open plan dining room, plus 2 additional 2 galley kitchen areas, a first floor sitting room, snug, as well as 3 double and 2 bunk bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. Penhale also has balconies off the sitting room and one of the bedrooms, a decked area to the front with sea views and a private hot tub to the rear.

The house is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and includes central heating, full double glazing, DVD players, TVs in the lounge and most bedrooms, a CD player, washer / dryer, dishwasher and fridge / freezer etc. Linen and a welcome pack is provided for your arrival. There is also an on-site parking space.
