Sea Spray and Gulls Roost

Sea Spray and Gulls Roost are self-catering cottages in Portreath, metres from the beach. The cottages are in an elevated position, maximising the sea views and there is free reserved parking at the Basset Arms Inn, Portreath. Beds are made up for your arrival and Wifi, heating, electric, bed linen and towels are included.

Gulls Roost sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. It has a lounge with stunning sea views, a fully-equipped kitchen area, dining room, a double bedroom, twin bedroom, family bathroom, as well as a conservatory off the main bedroom with amazing beach and sea views. There is also an outside patio area.

Sea Spray sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. It has a lounge and large front conservatory with wonderful sea views, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and shower room. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms; 2 doubles and 1 twin, with fantastic views from the double-bedded rooms and access to the sun balcony. There is also an outside patio area.
