St Annes Cottage

St Anne’s Cottage is a country cottage located in the Great Langdale Valley near Grasmere and Ambleside. Offering well-appointed self-catering accommodation for 4 people, set within 3 acres of gardens shared with the owner, it provides a peaceful haven for families, walking and cycling enthusiasts. Dogs are welcome too.

The living room has a high vaulted ceiling featuring exposed wooden beams, sofas, Sky TV, DVD player and there is also a kitchen with dishwasher, king size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a modern bathroom. Wifi is available. Outside guests are welcome to explore the woodland, pond and gardens or enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace.

There is plenty of off-road parking and secure storage for bicycles and equipment. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities around the area including walking, cycling, kayaking, climbing and fishing. The nearby village of Chapel Stile has a local store for provisions and a friendly inn serving food and local ales.
