Situated on a working farm just 3-and-a-half miles north of Brampton, this B & B is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with the Pennines on view in the distance.

All rooms are furnished in a homely and cosy style with a TV, radio alarm clock, refreshment tray and scenic countryside views. There are double, twin, family and en suite rooms available with a comfortable guest lounge with TV, books and games. Outside is a patio, large garden and ample car parking.

A full farmhouse breakfast is freshly cooked on the Aga stove, also served with homemade bread and preserves. Packed lunches can be provided by prior agreement. Conveniently situated for the stunning Solway Coast, Northern Pennines and Hadrian’s Wall, we are ideal for hikers, bikers and family holidays.
