Nestled on the banks of the River Eden, Warwick Hall is a fine country house B & B situated in the pretty village of Warwick-on-Eden, just 5 miles outside of the historic city of Carlisle. The perfect location to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing short break or holiday, we are only 2 miles from the M6 and welcome families and dogs.

The 9 guest rooms are furnished with a tasteful mix of classic and contemporary furnishings, featuring king size, queen or twin beds, luxurious en suite facilities, TV, Wifi, beverage tray and scenic views across the gardens. Suites have extra features including bay windows, private sitting rooms and wood burning stoves. Our Cumbrian breakfast includes local sausages and free-range eggs and there are spectacular views of the river from the Breakfast Room.

Fully-licensed, our restaurant bar offers delicious fresh local cuisine. Drinks can be enjoyed in the drawing room or out on the terrace. Private dinners or family occasions can also be arranged.Restauranst is closed on a Sunday and Monday. There is ample car parking at Warwick Hall, with charging points available for electric vehicles. Shooting and trout or salmon fishing are popular activities in the estate and local area.
