Eden Valley Escapes would like to present 2 delightful self-catering cottages on a family-owned farm in a peaceful rural setting near the village of Ainstable. Just 13 miles outside of Carlisle and surrounded by 18 acres of grounds and on the fringes of the North Pennines AONB, this is an ideal base for a holiday in Cumbria.

Cawburn Cottage is a charming 3-bedroomed cottage for 6 people with 2 double rooms and a king size bedroom. Milburn Cottage is a cosy cottage for 4 guests, with a double and a king room. Both cottages have an open plan layout, are attractively and fully-furnished for self-catering holiday breaks, with a private garden area.

There is ample car parking with many lovely walks from the doorstep and fishing close by. Farm owners Sue and Alan will be delighted to show you around and introduce you to the resident rare breed sheep and cattle, or offer helpful advice about places to go and things to see in the local and surrounding area.
