White Craggs is an attractive country house situated in a commanding position overlooking the northern tip of Lake Windermere. Offering 3 well-appointed apartments in the pretty village of Clappersgate and surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens, they provide the perfect self-catering holiday retreat.

Scafell Apartment is on the first floor and Skiddaw Apartment is on the ground floor; each catering for couples, with a 4-poster bedroom. Black Combe is a duplex apartment on the first floor of the house, sleeping 4 to 6 guests in a 4-poster bedroom and a twin bedroom suite for 4 with its own sitting room.

The apartments include gas central heating, Wifi, satellite TV, fully-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, a private patio and car parking. Ambleside is a mile away with shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema. The area is popular with walkers and climbers and is a great base for exploring the Lake District.
