Fat Apples Cafe and Wild Campsite offers glamping accommodation and camping pitches to travellers and walkers on the Lizard Peninsula. The village of St. Keverne is a 5-minute drive away, with a general shop, baker, butcher, newsagents, pubs and 15th century church of St. Akervnus. Fat Apples Café also has essentials for sale.

A hand-built travellers’ wagon, Honeysuckle Hut is furnished with a double bed, wicker sofa, pull-out table, gas ring, kettle, solar lighting and cool box. Outside is a picnic table, canvas shelter and fire basket. Showers, toilets, mains electricity and a fridge are available in the shared facilities block. A complimentary breakfast is served in the café, which is also open for lunch and afternoon tea. Car parking is available, set away from the hut.

The camp pitches are wild and there is no vehicular access to the site, but we will always try and help shift your gear with our quad bike and wheelbarrows are available. Fat Apples campsite is located just behind the café and is a 5 to 8 minute walk from Porthallow Beach, the half way marker of the South West Coast Path and the 5 Pilchards Inn!
