Polean Farm Cottages

Welcome to Polean Farm Cottages, a family and pet-friendly holiday retreat, with 4-Star self-catering cottages in a picturesque setting near the villages of Pelynt and Polperro. This working farm has a swimming pool and other facilities, as well as plenty of activities to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable visit.

There are 7 cottages, all refurbished from 18th century former farm buildings, offering their own unique style and character. Each is fully-equipped and includes an Smart TV, modern kitchen and bathroom, an outdoor seating area and car parking.

Sleeping from 2 to 12 people, the smallest is The Mealhouse which was once the food store but has been converted into a cosy 1-bedroomed cottage for 2, with an extra folding bed available for children. The Farmhouse is the largest and sleeps 10 plus 2 children in 9 bedrooms.

Enjoy time in the indoor heated swimming pool, games room, soft play area and on the recreational field and outdoor playground. In addition, as a working livery yard, guests can visit the horses and ponies and have free tractor rides, pony rides and supervised feeding sessions with the animals.
