Positioned in a magical clifftop setting, Providence Cottage is found in the village of Port Issac, on Cornwall’s northern coastline. Hosting commanding harbour and sea views, this former fisherman’s cottage is now a fantastic self-catering holiday home set over 3 floors, sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with a balcony, outside space and parking for 2 cars. A well-behaved dog is permitted, by arrangement with the owners.

The ground floor features a double bedroom, twin room, large bathroom with a sauna, utility room and outdoor seating area. The kitchen and open plan living space are situated on the first floor with bay windows, seating, a dining table that converts to a snooker table and a balcony with seating. There is also a small bunk bedded en suite bedroom. On the second floor, the master en suite bedroom boasts spectacular views. Oil fired central heating, Wifi and bedlinen are included and a travel cot and highchair can be provided for families.

Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series Doc Martin, is home to cobbled streets with galleries and pottery shops, alongside cafés and restaurants, many of which serve fish straight from the harbour. There are also pasty shops, tea rooms and friendly pubs. A superb base for exploring Cornwall’s spectacular coast and countryside, outdoors enthusiasts can walk the South West Coast Path, cycle the Camel Trail or visit nearby Port Quin for sea kayaking, paddleboarding and coasteering!
