Brunel Studio Flat is a first floor contemporary self-catering flat with a kitchenette, dining area, double bed and en suite shower room. Coach House Apartment sleeps 4 guests and features a comfortable lounge area, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom downstairs. There is a king size bedroom, twin room and bathroom upstairs.

All properties have contemporary décor and are non-smoking. Facilities include linen, towels, central heating, free Wifi, a desk, television, alarm clock and hairdryer. The car park has CCTV coverage and Pulteney House is a short level walk from the city centre and Bath Spa railway station. There are also plentiful local buses.
