Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a self-contained detached holiday bungalow in a peaceful setting on the edge of the Peak District, 4 miles from Matlock. Offering self-catering facilities for 2 guests, the cottage has its own garden and scenic views. Children and dogs are welcome. Extra facilities for guests with disabilities can be provided if required.

The comfortable lounge has a sofa bed and TV and there is also a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dining table / chairs, plus a double bedroom with en suite WC and separate shower room. Outside, there is a patio area for al fresco dining, a lawned area and off-road parking.

There are many walking and cycling routes in the area. Matlock has a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. It is a great base from which to explore the attractions of Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park. Attractions including Chatsworth House, the Heights of Abraham and Haddon Hall are all a short drive away.
