Newhaven Caravan & Camping Park

Newhaven Caravan and Camping Park offers a quiet and secluded location for tourers and campers in the White Peak area of the beautiful Peak District National Park, halfway between Buxton and Ashbourne. Surrounded by open fields and woodlands, close to the High Peak Trail and many other routes, it provides an ideal base for a stopover, short break or holiday.

There are pitches with or without electric hook-ups for caravans and motorhomes, and pitches for small tents. Up to 2 dogs can stay free-of-charge. There are 2 amenities blocks, with hot showers, WCs and a dishwashing room. One also provides laundry and freezing facilities. Newhaven has beautiful grounds with picnic and BBQ areas, a playground and shop.

The White Peak is an area well-known for its distinctive dry stone walls, limestone caves, beautiful dales and picture postcard villages. The busy market town and tourist hotspot of Bakewell, with its famous pudding, is at the centre. The area is popular for sightseeing and provides a perfect backdrop for a range of outdoors pursuits including walking and cycling.
