The Cottage in the Wood

Located high in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with magnificent views over the Cotswolds and Severn Valley, you can be sure of a relaxing stay at The Cottage in the Wood. This boutique, Georgian family and pet-friendly hotel, with an award-winning restaurant, is situated within 8 acres of woodland close to the scenic village of Malvern Wells.

Each of our 32 newly-refurbished en suite bedrooms are located in the Main House, Beech Cottage or the Coach House. Rooms are decorated to the highest standards and come equipped with televisions and free Wifi. The Cottage in the Wood has a dedicated accessible room, with designated parking and roll-in shower. Ground floor rooms are accessible without stairs and there are allocated pet-friendly rooms.

The breakfast menu includes homemade granola, yoghurts, fresh fruit, breads and pastries, followed by a full English breakfast, avocado, bacon and poached egg on toast, wild mushrooms on toast with parmesan shavings or porridge. Our all-day café menu or excellent dinner menu is also available at our 1919 Restaurant which has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes and serves only the finest, modern British cuisine.
