Ashbourne Guest House is family-owned by Robert and Lesley, situated a stone’s throw away from Roker Beach and Roker Park in Sunderland. Close to the end of the C2C route and coast path, it is also only a 6-minute drive from the city centre’s attractions and amenities, making it perfect for leisure and business visits.

Rooms are beautifully-furnished and include en suite facilities, comfortable seating, a TV, free Wifi access and a hospitality tray for making in-room tea and coffee. There are single, double and twin rooms, and a delicious breakfast is freshly cooked-to-order in the morning. Special diets are accommodated on request.

There is free on-road parking available at the front of the guest house and the pier is at the end of the road, where visitors can tour the lighthouse. There is a sandy beach and Sunderland Marina is only a short walk away. Visitors will find regular buses to the city centre and South Shields available along the seafront.
