4 Bancroft Place and Minerva are 2 contemporary self-catering apartments in the centre of historic Stratford-upon-Avon. Minerva is a 1-bedroomed ground floor apartment in a converted Georgian townhouse right in the town centre. It has a spacious sitting room, kitchen / diner, a double bedroom and bathroom. Both properties have a Smart TV, access to Wifi and a car parking space.

The apartments are both within walking distance of the theatres, Shakespeare’s family homes, the markets, shopping, restaurants, river walks and boating, gardens and Europe's largest butterfly farm is also just a 5-minute walk away, at the start of the historic tramway walk.
