Heads Nook Hall Cottage, nestled within the grounds of Heads Nook Hall Estate, is located just outside the village of Heads Nook in Cumbria, offering luxury self-catering accommodation for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Dogs are also welcome to stay. A peaceful setting for a relaxed holiday break, the cottage was built in 2008 and provides a home-from-home with a host of contemporary amenities, set within 8 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland. The hall itself was built in the 1840s. On-site owners Malcolm and Pip offer a very warm welcome.

Visit England 4 Star Gold Award rated, the cottage is all on ground floor level, with parking for 2 cars and an EV charger. The property comprises a glass-fronted entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, utility room with laundry equipment and dining areas in both the kitchen and sitting room. The light-filled sitting room has a vaulted ceiling, gas fire, TV, Blu-ray player and double patio doors. The 2 bedrooms include a double and twin-bedded room. There is also a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Wifi is available throughout the cottage.

Outside, there is a paved patio with garden furniture and a barbeque. The cottage faces south onto open gardens and there are numerous enjoyable walks from the doorstep. The property is a short drive from Brampton and less than 7 miles from Carlisle, within easy reach of transport links including the M6, A69 and A66. Guests will find plenty to see and do, exploring local villages and market towns, as well as attractions such as the Lake District and Northumberland National Parks, Solway Coast, Hadrian’s Wall, North Pennines and Scottish Borders region.
