Tudor Villa

Tudor Villa is a self-catering home for 5 or 6 guests, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area in-between Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Just a few yards from the National Cycle Route 41, there is also car parking. The house is ideal for holidays, located ‘on the doorstep’ of attractions including Warwick Castle and Shakespeare’s Stratford.

The interior is spacious, with a lounge featuring leather sofas, a coal burning-effect electric fire, TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plus there is a double and a single room with an optional pull-out bed. The house is centrally-heated.

Outside, the lawned garden provides a safe area for children to play and there is a barbeque for al fresco cooking. The garage contains a washing machine and also has space for storing bikes and equipment. Leamington Shopping Park is close by with supermarkets, coffee shops and an adjacent 10-pin bowling alley.
